Way back I wrote a book, End Verbal Abuse and Save Your Marriage. People ordered the book and I was amazed to learn that just from reading a book, people made changes in their lives. At least, that’s what they wrote me.
Frankly, I don’t believe the changes lasted.
How is it poosible that people could change lifelong beliefs and attitudes so easily? That is why I always, always believe that therapy is the first and best choice for anyone who is struggling.
That said, there are people who have gone to therapy and the therapist was terrible so they got no help. (I know! I’m sorry about that.)
And there are people who feel too shy or too private or too scared to go to therapy.
Then there are people who would go to therapy but they want to find out more about who this therapist is – how they think and what kind of person they are.
These are all reasonable reasons to start with a little DIY (do it yourself). So I wrote an updated version of that book and put it on Amazon. You can buy it right there and I’ll give you the link to it.
But I really, really want you to get the most out of this book so I created an audiobook out of it.
People may want to listen while driving when they just have no spare time for reading.
And some people think better when listening than when reading, too.
And sometimes, you get something new out of first reading and then listening – so, here goes!
I found actors to read the parts and I narrated it. See, every word of the hardcover got spoken so it is 10 hours long and when you download it, there are 2 audio downloads, about 5 hours each. I’ve included a Cast of Voices so you can keep track of the characters and see the names of the actors.
Not only that, I wanted the original book to really be useful so I created tools for every idea that I explained. There are 166 Tools in that book! So I created a companion pdf Workbook that you can print out for yourself and do the work in!
Here is the Kit – two audios and a workbook as well as a Cast Of Voices list to download. Just sign up so you can download.
